Appeals and Post-Conviction Relief Timelines

The deadline for filing a notice of appeal on a case from Superior Court is 20 days. For a misdemeanor case, the deadline is 14 days. For post-conviction relief, including Rule 32 cases, there is a deadline of 90 days to file your notice of post conviction relief and other strict deadlines throughout the process.

These cases have the potential to be lengthy, taking months or even years to resolve the often complex judicial issues. You can rely on our attorneys to stand by you every step of the way as they pursue the justice you deserve.
