Shannon Evans Esq
Shannon Evans practices civil litigation, which includes general contract law, real estate matters, HOA law, and civil remedies for victims of domestic violence. She also practices in family law - primarily dissolutions, mediation, and complex asset division. Ms. Evans also handles transactional matters such as reviewing and drafting contracts, small business entity formation, and trademark registration. She has previously served as in-house legal counsel, and has experience providing strategic and legal advice to executives and Boards of Directors.
Ms. Evans can assist business clients in their legal and operational needs. Her corporate background includes leadership roles in the travel sector, as district manager for 370 hotels and she launched an airline operations center. Disciplines include strategic planning, business plan formation, market analysis, performance management, public relations, and employment law. Shannon has taught management courses at University of Phoenix.
In addition to her Juris Doctor, Ms. Evans earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Wichita State University. She graduated law school in the top 20% with multiple CALI (top grade) awards, along with high distinction for pro bono work. She has been previously licensed in real estate and was certified as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
Ms. Evans enjoys helping people and serving the community through her volunteer work and her church.
